Nwifuru say dem fit replace any failed chairman with councillor, as e urge dem to work hard to stop opposition parties from gaining ground.
Gofnor also direct di chairmen to target 100 percent vote for APC for di 2027 election.
E warn chairmen and dia deputies make political rivalry no spoil di work of di councils.
