Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, don announce say him government go register all foreign nationals and non-indigenes wey dey live for di state to stop criminals wey dey enter illegally to commit crime. Abiodun talk say law enforcement reports show say about 70 non-indigenes from Chad and Sudan don dey arrested for di last three to four days, and dem never fit explain why dem dey the state. Di governor say di registration go help government identify genuine residents and isolate those wey wan use di state as base for crime. Im also warn traditional rulers and community leaders to no give land to strangers, say any wey break di rule go face prosecution.

Abiodun give dis update after security meeting with top security chiefs including Police Commissioner Lanre Ogunlowo, NSCDC Ogun Commandant Remi Ekundayo, 35 Artillery Brigade Commander Brig. Gen. Godwin Nwamba, and DSS reps. Im talk say di meeting review di current security situation and plan extra measures to protect residents.
