Osun Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluwole Jimi-Bada, tok say EFCC issue “Post No Debit” directive to First Bank, where several gornment accounts dey, without getting court order first.

Jimi-Bada explain say although EFCC fit investigate financial transactions, di agency no get power to freeze state gornment accounts without approval from di court.
