Umahi yarn dis one on Wednesday as e dey defend im budget before joint session of National Assembly.

Some lawmakers question why dem give part of di contract to one company wey dem say no too dey known for road construction and wey people link to generator business before.

However, Umahi say e ready make dem carry out independent test on top di work, dat di company wey dey handle di work sabi work.
