Tinubu talk this one for Yokohama, Japan, during one meeting with Naija people for Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9). E talk say e happy to hear say some people don dey return back, but e still encourage others to come back so dem fit help build the country. E remind them say to be true citizen no just be to carry Naija passport, but to get correct character and commitment to the country’s progress. Tinubu also talk say government don dey make reforms like easier passport processing, stabilising economy, and better healthcare so people no go dey run abroad for medical treatment. E end by saying, “Naija don dey rise again,” and urged all Naija abroad make dem remain good ambassadors and help boost investment and growth for the country.
