Detained Biafra nation agitator, Nnamdi Kanu, don beg Court of Appeal for Abuja make dem stop Federal High Court from delivering judgment for di terrorism charges wey Federal Government don file against am. Judgment wey suppose show for November 20, 2025, na Justice James Kolawole Omotosho go deliver am. But Kanu, through fresh motion wey e don file, dey pray di Appeal Court make dem stop High Court from continuing di case against am. E talk say e don file notice of appeal against September 26 ruling wey Justice Omotosho dismiss e no-case submission and tell am make e defend di terrorism allegations.

Kanu dey argue say Federal High Court do wrong by dismiss e no-case submission without check di jurisdiction and validity of di charges wey e raise. E talk say di lower court do wrong by still dey uphold di charges because Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act don cancel, so no valid charge dey against am. E also talk say di judge no address Constitutional matter of jurisdiction, and e no evaluate prosecution evidence or cross-examination to see if dem don discredit di evidence. Kanu warn say if Court of Appeal no grant am di halt, dem fit convict am unlawfully, and di November 20 judgment fit make e appeal become just academic exercise while di High Court don foist judgment on dem.
