House direct Ministry of Education make dem work with state governments for 2026–2029 budgets to hire computer teachers, build ICT halls, provide internet, and backup power. Dem resolve say CBT no go start before 2030 academic year. WAEC originally plan CBT from 2026 to reduce exam malpractice and modernise education, but challenges remain like poor digital infrastructure, unstable power, weak internet, and limited computers, especially for rural/public schools. WAEC list say schools must get 250 laptops with 10% backup, strong server, LAN, air conditioners, constant electricity, 40kVA generator, CCTV, and holding area for candidates before 2026 rollout.
