Federal Gourment don finally approve di long-awaited 40 per cent peculiar allowance for federal civil servants after organised labour mount pressure and threaten industrial action.
Di approval come after plenty meeting with Head of Civil Service of di Federation, Esther Walson-Jack, for Abuja on Tuesday.
National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission also release circular for immediate implementation, ending nearly two years of workers’ agitation over di delayed adjustment linked to di new N70,000 minimum wage.
