INEC don warn political parties say any primary election wey dem do after May 30 deadline no go  count oh, except higher court cancel the earlier judgment.

National Commissioner Mohammed Kudu Haruna naim package for statement on Friday, say parties suppose still follow the Electoral Act 2026 until Court of Appeal decide on INEC appeal.

Dis  mata sef sup based on one Federal High Court judgment wey nullify some parts of INEC timetable and guidelines for 2027 election.

Haruna advise all political parties make dem obey di current electoral law pending final court decision.
