One Lagos Mobile Court don order say make dem remand one 47-year-old man wey dem call Mr. Adetayo Adewodun for impersonating as LASTMA officer and dey collect money from one unsuspecting motorist for Itire Junction. Dem arraign am for court on two-count charge – one na conduct wey fit cause wahala, di other na impersonation. Even though Adewodun talk say e no do am, di court still send am go correctional facility until im bail condition complete. According to LASTMA Public Affairs Director, Adebayo Taofiq, dem catch di fake officer on October 7 during sharp-sharp operation by LASTMA Surveillance and Intelligence Unit wey follow di order of their GM, Mr. Olalekan Bakare-Oki.
