Tinubu Appoint New NUC Board Chairmo

Wi oga Presido, Bola Ahmed Tinubu don appoint Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe as di new Chairmo of di governing board of National Universities Commission, NUC.
Ogundipe dey take over from emeritus professor Olufemi Aina, wey resign from di position less dan one year afta im appointment.
Baba Seyi bin appoint Aina for July 2025 and dem inaugurate di board members for November 2025.
Ogundipe, wey serve as Vice-Chancellor of University of Lagos from 2017 to 2022, na Professor of Botany with special knowledge for molecular plant taxonomy, ethnobotany and environmental conservation.
