Appeal Court Back Federal High Court, Stop INEC From Accepting PDP Ibadan Convention

Court of Appeal for Abuja don confirm di judgment wey Federal High Court give, wey stop Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing di result of Pipos Democratic Party (PDP) national convention wey happen for Ibadan from Nov. 15 to Nov. 16, 2025.
Di appellate court three-member panel tuk say di appeal wey PDP file no get merit at all.
Dem say di Federal High Court judge, Justice James Omotosho, correct when e give di Oct. 31, 2025 order wey grant all di requests wey di people wey sue di case ask for.
Di court sti reject PDP claim say di trial court no get power (jurisdiction) to hear di mata.
