Former Delta state govo, Ifeanyi Okowa don win di APC senatorial ticket for Delta North ahead of 2027 general election.
Okowa beat sitting senator Ned Nwoko and Dr Maryam Ali for di party primary wey hapun across di nine local government areas for di district.
APC Returning Officer, Prof Johnbull Tonukari, announce say Okowa score 113,309 votes to emerge winner for di peaceful exercise.
Nwoko get 2,612 votes while Ali manage 40 votes as delegates cast dia votes across Delta North.
