Court Order INEC to Wipe Out ADC, Four Other Parties From Election List

Federal High Court for Abuja don order make INEC deregister ADC and four other political parties say dem nor reach  meet constitutional requirements.

Justice Peter Lifu give di judgment on Monday, say di parties no fit get di required 25 per cent votes for di last general elections.

Di affected parties na ADC, Accord, Action Alliance, Action Pipos Party and Zenith Labour Party.

Di court also order INEC make dem no allow the parties take part for future elections, including the 2027 general elections.
