Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, don tell EFCC say dem no get legal power to just freeze Osun State Government allocation account without first follow court and constitutional process.

EFCC bin write First Bank on Wednesday make dem block every withdrawal from di account as dem dey investigate alleged N11 billion fraud wey involve Ecology Fund, Intervention Fund and FAAC money.

Di letter wey Assistant Commander Adenike Babalola sign on behalf of di Director of Investigation order di bank make e keep di account on post-no-debit until di probe finish.

NBA say no government agency fit wake up freeze state money anyhow, while EFCC maintain say suspicious movement of funds force dem to take di action.
