FG Cut Carter Bridge Work From 36 To 24 Months

Federal Gornment don reduce di timeline to complete reconstruction of Carter Bridge for Lagos from 36 to 24 months, wi Minister of Works Dave Umahi announce am on Monday during inspection of di project.

Umahi, alongside Minister of State for Works Mohammed Goronyo and lawmakers, inspect Carter Bridge and Iddo Bridge projects for Lagos to speed up di work.

Di minister say dem shorten di reconstruction period because Carter Bridge dey play critical role for Lagos transportation network.

FG plan to finish di bridge within 24 months instead of di original 36 months because of di importance of di route to movement of people and goods.
