NDLEA Destroy N301bn Worth Of Drugs For Lagos

NDLEA don destroy almost 330,000 bag of drugs of different illegal drug wey worth about N301 billion for Lagos on Monday, following Federal High Court order.
NDLEA Chairman Mohamed Buba Marwa say di exercise for Navy Town, Ojo, na part of effort to stop drug pipu and cut dia money supply.
Di agency say di drug include cocaine, heroin, cannabis, methamphetamine, tramadol, codeine syrup and other illegal substances wey officers seize between April 2025 and May 2026.
Marwa say illegal drugs dey put young people and families at risk, while Lagos Governor Sanwo-Olu, Customs and Navy promise to continue supporting NDLEA fight against drug trafficking.
