Court of Appeal for Abuja don cancel Federal High Court judgment wey order ban of African Democratic Congress, Accord Party and three other political parties.

Di appeal court rule on Tuesday say Forum of Former Legislators wey carry di case no get right to bring di matter because dem no get legal standing.

Di court, led by Justice Abba Bello, set aside di earlier judgment from Federal High Court and throw out di whole case.

Di former legislators wey file di suit also receive N1 million penalty as court decide say dia case no stand.
